*All orders must be fully paid prior to cake delivery/ cake pick up day. No cash is accepted.* 

ORDER DEADLINES: To place orders we require a 50% non refundanble deposit and without it the order is invalid. It is accepted through cash app and Apple Pay once you get in contact with Maria. 

CHANGE IN DELIVERY: Once an order is placed, we are generally unable to adjust local delivery dates especially when desired delivery date is within 24 hours. Please contact a Customer Care team member for immediate assistance.  

ORDER EARLY: If you’re planning for a special occasion, we recommend you place your order date 1-2 days early from the original date you would like to place it by (so for weekend events, we recommend arrival on Thursday) so you can be worry-free the day of! Your sweets will stay fresh with proper storage & care.   

NOT-SHIPPABLE ITEMS: Products including Cakes, Cupcakes  are only available in the San Antonio service area at this time. We do not ship these items. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We meet our customers at a halfway point with no cost if it falls within our 10 mile radius. There will be a delivery fee added if necessary.   

Zip Codes within 10 & 30 Miles an additional charge.

We will meet customers within half way point in a public area.

RECIPIENT MUST BE PRESENT: You must be present to receive your order for Local Delivery. We will contact the phone number provided in advance of delivery. Delivery drivers will make their presence known upon arrival either by ringing bell/doorbell, knocking on door or pressing a call box. Delivery drivers will wait up to 10 minutes at your delivery address before an order is deemed undeliverable. If you live in an apartment building with lobby access, please note that we cannot leave your delivery unattended in the lobby. 

UNATTENDED DELIVERY: If you are unable to meet your delivery driver at your delivery address and express to your delivery driver in advance that you would like your delivery left unattended, Cake Plug is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss to your delivery. 

DELIVERY TO RESTAURANTS, SCHOOLS, HOSPITALS, & OTHER BUSINESS: Please note that a recipient must be available to accept the delivery upon driver’s arrival. Please let your delivery driver know in advance for special delivery instructions. If you would like your order left unattended at a business, Cake Plug is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss to your delivery. 

RE-DELIVERY: Please note that a re-delivery fee will apply for failed delivery attempts.  Re-delivery fees will be due prior to re-delivery at the same rate as your original delivery fee with a minimum of $19.95.  Same day re-deliveries may be available depending on our delivery schedule, but are not guaranteed to be an option.  You may also schedule a pick up for no additional fee.  Please contact us immediately in case of a failed delivery attempt.
